Specialist Tool & Equipment

Task Responsibilities

• Perform, control and maintain the tools and equipment for the Maintenance & Production departments in accordance with rules and regulations;

• Maintain a quality system for tool & equipment management;

• Create, update and improve Quality Manual, General Procedures, Specific Procedures, Forms and other quality documents;

• Support the Maintenance and Production team in selecting and operating appropriate tools & equipment;

• Participate in the tool & equipment selection and approval process;

• Be in direct contact with entities like Engineering, Facility, Operational Health and Safety (OHS), and LuxControl for tool & equipment approvals;

• Create, update, maintain a system for preventive maintenance of machine and equipment within Maintenance and Production;

   

Essential Requirements     

• Bachelor or Master in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
• Strong knowledge of tooling, equipment management, and maintenance operations
• Have good communication skills and being able to work with a team
• Ability to work independently and show initiative in solving problems

• Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are considered as an advantage

   

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Working Conditions

• Permanent, full-time position based in our Cargolux Maintenance Center in Luxembourg.

• Occasional travel may be required.

• Flexibility may be needed with working hours.

• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
