Arbeitsbeschreibung - STAGE - Learning and Development HR

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated trainee to join our team at ArcelorMittal University (AMU) based in Luxembourg.

As part of AMU, you’ll join a communityof thinkers, makersand shapers all working together.

The intern's area of interaction includes working in the Communication department of ArcelorMittal Global Assurance, and transversal coordination with other communication team members in Corporate and Europe

Support Course Development

Assist in the development of learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and training manuals

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.

  • Assist with Training Delivery

Aid in the coordination and facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Provide logistical support for training events, such as room setup, equipment preparation, and participant registration.

  • Conduct Research and Analysis

Conduct research on learning trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to ArcelorMittal's business.

Analyze data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

  • Administrative Support

Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing training calendars, and maintaining training records.

Provide general support to the AMU team as needed, such as purchasing, organizing files, responding to inquiries, and preparing reports.

  • Engage in Learning Initiatives

Participate in learning initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee development and performance.

Contribute ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions and team meetings.

Education: Bachelor/ Master in education, HR, business, or a related field 

- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-Demonstrated interest in learning and development.
