Department purpose

Our Corporate M&A team is at the forefront of providing exceptional legal services in the dynamic field of mergers and acquisitions. With a strong focus on transactional work, we advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

Internship contract
Experience a two-month internship at A&O Shearman from August to September 2024, where you will become an integral part of a team, work alongside accomplished lawyers, and actively participate in local and cross-border legal cases.

Role purpose
Conducting legal research
Participating in due diligence exercises
Translating, drafting and proofreading legal documents
Assisting in preparing client correspondence and presentations

Key requirements
We are looking for Master's students in Business Law with a strong level in French and English.
If you're motivated and keen to learn, then this internship will be an opportunity to broaden your legal knowledge, gain autonomy and get involved in some challenging cases.
