Supply Chain Officer

Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg, representing 450 co-owners. Our fleet consists of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24), renowned for their exceptional combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, delivering a superior flight, passenger, and operator experience that is unmatched. We have also recently added the Cirrus SF50, the world’s first single-engine private jet, to our fleet.

We are actively seeking a Supply Chain Officer on a permanent full-time contract. As part of the Engineering & Maintenance division, the Supply Chain department is responsible for developing and implementing a supply chain strategy that ensures the lowest total cost, minimizes inventory levels, and maximizes aircraft availability. Our operations span across our Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) based in Luxembourg and Maintenance Repair Organizations (MRO) located in the UK, Germany, and Switzerland.

This position is based at the Jetfly Group headquarters in Luxembourg, at the heart of our airline operations.

Job Description

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the company’s overall Supply Chain strategy aligned with business objectives


• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs); continuously monitor and improve supply chain processes


• Forecast demand and establish minimum stock policies balancing availability and stock-out risk


• Place orders, manage goods deliveries, and coordinate logistics including customs clearance


• Use AMOS software daily to manage maintenance supply chain processes, inventory control, and reporting


• Oversee ongoing supplier contracts, manage annual escalations, claims, contract renewals, and lead new Request for Proposal (RFP) processes


• Monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier evaluations, identify and qualify new suppliers, and nurture customer-supplier relationships


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop coordinated plans supporting business growth and operational efficiency

Profile

• Completed university or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field


• A first professional experience in aviation supply chain or maintenance operations.


• Fluent in English and in French (both written and spoken);


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach


• Sociable, attentive, dynamic, resourceful, curious, and solution-oriented.


• Proficiency with aviation maintenance software, especially AMOS, is required for effective daily operations.


• Knowledge of PART CAMO and PART 145 regulations is required.


• Proficeincy with Power BI.
