Tax Compliance Associate

We are strengthening our tax team in Luxembourg and are seeking a motivated Tax Compliance Associate (m/f/d) to support our growing operations. In this role, you will work closely with our Tax Manager and external advisors to ensure compliance with Luxembourg and international tax obligations across our portfolio.

What you’ll do: 

• Assist in the tax return and tax compliance process, including the preparation of tax returns, coordination with external tax advisors and review of complex tax returns.

• Support for ongoing and ad-hoc inquiries related to Luxembourg and international corporate tax law, including technical research and preparation of tax‑relevant documents and information.

• Contribute to tax audits and transfer pricing matters.

• Support on Pillar 2 minimum taxation. 

• Help further develop and enhance the tax compliance management system. 

• Assist in tax structuring advice and corporate reorganizations. 

What you’ll need: 

•  Degree in economics or law (preferably with a focus on taxation) and successful completion of the Diploma in Luxembourg taxation (DLT). 

• 2-4 years of professional experience in a tax consulting firm or in the tax department of an international group. 

• Knowledge of Luxembourg corporate tax law. German corporate tax law is an advantage

• Analytical mindset, independent working style, and strong collaboration skills 

• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
