Circu Li-ion is driving the green revolution by reusing batteries through our cutting-edge automated battery disassembly lines. We offer this technology as a service model to recyclers, micromobility & automotive OEMs. Our vision is to deploy the battery disassembly lines in a hub and spoke model around the globe to disassemble Li-ion battery packs into reusable Li-ion cells or modules, minimizing waste and maximizing sustainability. By upcycling these cells and modules into second-life CO2-neutral battery packs, we are revolutionizing the way batteries are reused.
YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who will oversee, coordinate and monitor the activities of multiple Engineering teams during the development of our product. You will ensure tasks are delivered on time, within budget and with high standards. Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration and people management skills are required for this exciting role.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our software engineering projects.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The scope of responsibility is, not limited to:
Coordinate and oversee the Circu Li-ion product portfolio in collaboration with Engineers and Developers, handling both customer-facing and R&D projects; ensure projects are aligned with the company’s OKRs and overall strategy
Lead machine design and software projects from planning phase to completion, including timelines, priorities, and team assignments
Identify risks early across all projects and manage their interaction to mitigate issues that could affect project timelines or quality
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and documentations
Act as a single point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent communication, including reporting via WBR and other mechanisms
Manage project scope, including identifying and resolving scope creep
Oversee software release cycles and deployments
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project program management
Support in designing roadmaps with the different engineering teams
Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership, using defined KPIs and metrics
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering and Software development related field is required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, Software Developer orEngineer
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at different stages and scopes simultaneously across an organization (e.g. Software products, Machinery, Services)
Preferred experience in the machine manufacturing industry, with an understanding of common challenges such as delays, R&D processes, and testing equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with French and German as a plus;ability to clearly communicate complex topics to stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work under pressure while juggling multiple tasks and adhering to tight deadlines
Proven knowledge ofMicrosoft Office suite and project management tools (Click up, Asana, Microsoft Project etc.)
Experience in project management discipline, incl. scope, schedule, budget, quality along with risk and critical path management
Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive million dollars businesses and reporting to Senior Leadership
High degree of collaboration and autonomy while working with a group of highly skilled, committed and supportive peers
You will work closely with leaders across departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams, addressing resource conflicts and project interdependencies
