Role Overview for Telecom Solution Sales Specialist

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities within the telecom sector
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Presenting tailored telecom solutions to meet clients' specific needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and support
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

Qualifications and Skills for Telecom Solution Sales Specialist

  • Degree in Economics, Commercial Science, Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally in telecom)
  • Fluency in French and English (C1/C2) 
  • Understanding of telecom products and services
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
