About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for Food Service, SBD Controlling Specialist within the SBD controlling team.

Main Responsibilities:

You will play an important role within the SBD controlling team, overseeing tasks related to Food Service, Overhead, and other critical activities. As the Commercial Controlling and Finance business partner, you will take charge of reporting for the Food Service perimeter in SBD, collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as the General Manager, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Area Managers within the SBD Food Service Department.

Your responsibilities extend to being the Overhead Controlling and Finance business partner, overseeing the comprehensive SBD perimeter. 

In the realm of Monthly Reporting, you will excel at preparing detailed reports and analyses, skillfully navigating the intricacies of delta versus Budget and Forecast scenarios. Your keen foresight will be instrumental in anticipating risks and opportunities, allowing you to define actionable plans. 

Specifically, your focus will be on devising a premium pricing strategy and optimizing Gross Margin within the Food Service sector, while also managing overhead reporting and forecasts.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Controlling, Audit within FMCG industry or in an international business environment.

Ideally, your professional journey has involved navigating the complexities of the FMCG industry within an international business environment, allowing you to understand the challenges and opportunities presented in such settings.

Your interpersonal, team-working, and leadership skills have been finely tuned, making you adept at collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels. You thrive on delivering and driving initiatives, consistently meeting and respecting deadlines. Your proactive approach ensures that tasks are completed with a high level of efficiency. Your communication skills further enhance your ability to convey complex financial information with clarity.

You are fluent in English with experience as a user in SAP. Your analytical skills come with your excellent PC command on MS Office tools (proficiency in Excel).

Familiarity with FP&A tools such as HFM, Oracle, AoA, and Essbase adds will help you deal with the daily challenge.
