VMware Administrator

As a member of Cronos Europa team, you will play a key role in supporting tour client. You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of critical IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of services in a complex, multilingual, and multicultural environment.

• Configure and maintain VMWare-based servers (GroupShare / MS SQL)
• Manage and monitor Active Directory forests across multiple domains
• Maintain DNS zones and IIS-based FTP servers
• Write and adapt batch scripts for software installation and deployment
• Prepare and package software updates in collaboration with development teams
• Liaise with internal teams and external software providers to ensure service continuity

• Proven experience with VMWare ESXi and Horizon
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (user/computer group policies)
• Experience with Windows batch scripting
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and IIS
• ITIL certification is required
• Experience in IT systems administration and server configuration
• Ability to analyze and structure technical information effectively

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
• Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours
