The VP\u0026C Compliance \u0026 Business Integrity Lead will be responsible for devising the strategy for and managing the core risk and compliance function, driving compliance and risk management, and taking a leading role on regulatory change. \n\u2022 Develop an appropriate strategy for risk and compliance and implement the required system and programme \n\u2022 Lead the implementation and maintenance of Vodafone\u2019s compliance management system (CMS) ensuring effective governance, management and monitoring of the CMS performance \n\u2022 Promote adherence through the programme but also through influence, advocacy, communications and training. \n\u2022 Report on the adequacy of compliance and risk management programmes to relevant senior stakeholders \n\u2022 Help create and lead the development, implementation and maintenance of Vodafone\u2019s compliance strategy and programme for VP\u0026C so core compliance risks are adequately responded to and effectively monitored. \n\u2022 Drive the awareness of core compliance management obligations and the Code of Conduct across VP\u0026C. \n\u2022 Develop comprehensive compliance reports for stakeholders including Risk Committee \u0026 Audit Committee. \n\u2022 Develop and continuous evolve the appropriate responses to existing and emerging compliance risks \n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 At least 5 years senior experience in compliance, risk, assurance or similar \n\u2022 Senior level credibility, with gravitas and presence to influence and build rapport with board members, CEOs, Function Heads, and SME teams. \n\u2022 Proven track record of compliance / risk management delivery and strong commercial understanding \n\u2022 Understanding of supply chain and roaming risks \n\u2022 Proven problem solving and analytical skills. \n\u2022 Excellent communication skills. \n\u2022 Ability to lead a team and to act as role model.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
