Flight Dispatch Support Intern

As Jetfly continues its significant growth, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Flight Dispatch Support Intern to support our Operational Control Center department at Luxembourg Airport. A unique opportunity to experience the real-time operations of a business aviation OCC.

Job Description

• Support the dispatch team in managing real-time flight authorizations and traffic rights


• Assist with last-minute changes and approvals required for operations


• Monitor and update flight authorizations to ensure compliance with aviation authorities


• Collaborate with dispatchers to keep flights aligned with operational and regulatory requirements


• Contribute to process improvement in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment

Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Aviation, Air Transport, or a related field.


• Basic knowledge of flight operations in business aviation is a plus.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Fluent in French & English.


• Interest in aviation operations and regulatory processes.


• Ability to work under pressure and react quickly to changing situations.


• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Internship Compensation package

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:

• Bachelor's degree: €1,000


• 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250


• Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500


• Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
