Position Overview

We are seeking for an intern to join our Human Resources Team as

Human Resources Internship – 6 months (m/f)

By joining this role, you will be part of the unit who delivers a full range of HR services to both our management and employees from recruitment, over compensation & benefits matters including payroll, to training and other HR topics.  

The content of this 6 months internship is to support the HR team in all HR administrative tasks and any other ad-hoc projects that may come up during this period in order to get a general understanding of an HR department.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Management of holidays, sicknesses
• Management of training requests, follow-up of trainings
• Interview organization: planning, follow-up with candidates and recruitment agencies
• Preparation of working contracts and new joiners’ documentation
• Handling of employee’s files, copying and scanning employee’s documents
• Support in any other ad-hoc HR related projects or administrative tasks
• Review of existing HR procedures, amending or drafting new procedures

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Are student of a degree in HR, Business Administration or as Administrative Assistant / Secretarial diploma
• Are proficient user of MS Office Suite. Knowledge of any Applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be appreciated
• Have some knowledge of Luxembourgish labor legislation and the Luxembourgish social security system will be considered an asset
• Have sense of discretion and confidentiality
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Have good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver information in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
