INTERNSHIP Finance Controlling: Supply Chain (Starting from September)

About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we're searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our Finance department – Group Supply Chain Controlling team for a 6-month internship starting in September.
As an intern, you will support the monitoring and analysis of financial and operational performance across supply chain activities. You will gain hands-on insight into planning, reporting, and decision-making processes at Group level.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the consolidation and analysis of supply chain performance data, including actuals, budgets, and forecasts. You will contribute to the preparation of regular reports and presentations for management, and help monitor key performance indicators such as inventory and cost metrics.

Thanks to your analytical approach, you will help identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. You will also take part in planning and forecasting activities, providing structured input based on available data.

You will work with stakeholders across different regions to support data consistency and alignment. Thanks to your coordination and communication skills, you will contribute to maintaining a clear and coherent view of performance across the organization.

About You:

You will bring your Degree in Finance, Business or Economics, demonstrating a strong educational background in relevant fields.

You have strong interpersonal, team-working, and leadership skills. You demonstrate the ability to deliver while respecting deadlines. With proactive communication abilities, you will effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.

Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and across departments.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary for handling data and generating reports. You have a problem-solving approach and able to work with numbers confidently. 

You possess a high level of financial, accounting, and controlling knowledge, as well as a solid understanding of commercial economics. You are comfortable working with data and enjoy solving problems. Thanks to your analytical thinking and attention to detail, you are able to handle complex information with accuracy and reliability.

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.
