YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in the completion of various valuation engagements and client deliverables in form of performing market and company research, analysis and written reports.
- Work collaboratively with senior members of the team to maintain and develop current and next-generation valuation models of several asset classes;
- Assist the administration and day-to-day management of portfolios serviced by the Prime Capital Group;
- Ongoing maintenance of processes relating to alternative investment portfolios;
- Validation of external and internal asset pricing of both, liquid and illiquid equity and debt investments, on an ongoing basis;
- Reconciliation of fund accounts funds and validation of NAV reports as computed by external administrators respectively;
- Support the management company’s valuation committee;
- Classification of alternative investment fund portfolios pursuant to the IFRS 13 fair value hierarchy;
- Gain industry exposure and knowledge about fundamental analysis applicable to various asset classes (e.g. private debt, infrastructure, real estate, etc.)
- Develop business, financial and analytical expertise necessary for a career in valuation;
- Collaborate with senior members of the team on professional development of both technical and soft skills.
