PROTEC - LUXEMBOURG : IT Infrastructure Workplace and Identity Management Engineer trainee

The IT Infrastructure Network Trainee will be in charge :
• Installation and configuration of Windows computers and mobile devices hardware.
• Installation and configuration of software components.
• Administration of the local IT environment, directly related to workplace.
• Participating in defining and documenting configuration.
• Documenting operational support procedures.
• Drafting technical content for knowledge database.
• Security administration and monitoring, in adherence to the security rules imposed.
• Support effective solutions for mitigating security risks;
• Software asset management.
• Licence management.
• Follow ITIL process (incident, problem, change, CMDB,…)                                                                                                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Minimum Requirements:   
• Knowledge of Windows configuration tools and Active Directory policy management tools.
• Knowledge in scripting with PowerShell.• Beginner in english (mandatory), French as an advantage, all other languages as advantage (Italian, German, Dutch or Nordics)
• Ability to adapt to the specific challenges of an industrial environment.
• Organizational skills, analytical mindset, and a team-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skill
