R3 Robotics is developing the AI-powered dismantling platform that transforms end-of-life electric vehicle systems into strategic sources of critical materials. As global electrification accelerates, the surge in batteries and e-motors requires automated solutions that manual disassembly cannot provide. We are addressing this industrial bottleneck by enabling the automated dismantling of complex systems at scale through computer vision, artificial intelligence, and specialized robotic tooling.
Following a successful €20M Series A funding round led by HG Ventures and Suma Capital, we are expanding across Europe and preparing for our entry into the United States market in 2026. - Support the Sales team on sales operations, pipeline management, CRM hygiene (HubSpot), lead research, and outreach preparation
- Execute our marketing and communications plan across channels, including content creation, PR coordination, and brand consistency
- Help manage and update our website (Webflow) and ensure our digital presence reflects our positioning as an industrial robotics leader
- Research and recommend AI tools to increase team productivity across marketing, sales, and operations; stay ahead of the curve and make concrete proposals
- Set up and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks so the team always has a clear view of what's working
- Work cross-functionally with the broader team to bring specific projects and initiatives to completion, on time and to a high standard
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, investor updates, and external communications
