Arbeitsbeschreibung - Senior Portfolio Manager (m/w/d)

Supporting the portfolio management function in the areas of real estate equity and real estate debt
Collaboration in the structuring and realisation of real estate and loan transactions as well as loan servicing
Implementation and optimisation of term management for loan portfolios, existing properties and project developments
Assuming responsibility for cash and liquidity management at asset and fund level and supporting the preparation of profitability analyses
Performing the interface function to internal and external investment advisors and fund managers as well as analysing outsourcing and commissions
Identification and evaluation of KPIs for performance measurement as well as maintenance and optimisation of internal databases
Preparation of internal and external reports as well as continuous reporting to management
Participation in and implementation of various projects

Successfully completed studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on financing or property management
Professional experience in transaction, fund or investment management, preferably in the field of real estate equity or real estate debt
Results-orientated personality with a strong affinity for figures and good analytical skills
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel
Independent, solution- and team-orientated way of working
Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
