Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Description - Finance Executive (Retail).

Financial Reporting & Business Partnering.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for retail operations.
- Conduct in-depth project versus actual variance. Deep dive into variance into cost elements (venue rental, marketing material, staffing event set up and logistic).
- Segmental analysis on sales mix, pre and post analysis on promotional initiatives.
- Participate in month end reporting for sales and expenses in SQL accounting.
- Act as the primary business partner between business and finance.
Cost control and inventory management.
- Tracking and recording the expenses in the accounting system accordingly.
- Monitoring store/s inventories management. This includes validation procurement of new stocks and keeping inventories level as per management alignment.
- Report and monitor stocks loss / damage.
Sales recoding and reporting.
- Working closely with Store Manager to have all sales, cash and bank are reconciling daily.
- Coordinate with HQ finance for the E-Invoice, Sales Tax Compliance and reporting for B2C.
- Familiar with managing Point of Sales system.

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least final or Pass Finalist Graduate in bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent. Fresh graduate will be considered.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

Minimum 2 or more years of experience in a finance / accounting role or similar role.
Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
Need to possess and analytical mindset, strong business acumen, be mature and independent, and have strong communication skills.

Salary range: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00
