1. Desktop Support Services
   1. Helping client to purchase new computer machine, provide support maintenance services to current computer
2. Include: new computer setup, computer maintenance, Operating System installation, email client installation, antivirus installation, troubleshooting external devices that connected to user’s computer, troubleshooting on network printer, network antivirus system maintenance & support, fault diagnostic of LAN & WLAN (client will provides the installation media and ensures that the licenses are legal to be use).
3. Other Hardware Support Services
   1. Provide support services and maintenance to other office equipment, including printers, projectors, access control, CCTV system, routers and switches, etc., other production equipment is solved according to technical resources provided by clients or suppliers.
4. Software Support Services
   1. Provide onsite support for business application such as MES, OA, ERP, warehouse management system, etc
   2. Training will be provided by client. Only pass the training will grant access to onsite support task.
5. Daily Operation
   1. Provide daily inspection and operation checking. Mainly is basic IT infrastructure and environmental inspection.

• Education requirement: college diploma or above, major in computer science and software application related certification
• Qualification: PC desktop operation and support, structure cabling maintain and support related experience
• With pro-active attitude, hardworking, Integrity and have related experience

Salary Range:

• Starting range RM2,400 to RM3,000
