The Ideal Candidate

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd or equivalent) Experience teaching Key Stage 2 within a British or international curriculum Strong understanding of primary pedagogy and assessment practices Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing Excellent communication and classroom management skills Experience in an international or multicultural school environment (preferred) Passionate, creative, and student-centred approach to teaching

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum Assess, monitor, and report on student progress Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Differentiate learning to support all students Contribute to curriculum development and school initiatives Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Participate in extracurricular activities and school events Uphold high standards of safeguarding and pastoral care
