M&E Manager - Main Contractor (Mechanical/Electrical/MEP)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on and technically strong M&E Manager to lead mechanical and electrical coordination across large-scale projects, including high-rise, logistics hubs, and big developments. You’ll manage the full M&E lifecycle from design to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and seamless collaboration between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E planning, installation, testing, and commissioning for live projects
  

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve technical issues
  

• Supervise M&E teams and contractors to meet timelines, quality, and safety targets
  

• Manage procurement, budget tracking, and resource allocation for M&E works
  

• Ensure compliance with codes, CCC processes, and statutory requirements
  

• Provide technical guidance to site teams and junior engineers
  

• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot site issues, and report to senior management
  

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
  

• 5+ years’ experience in M&E project delivery within construction
  

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems
  

• Proven experience in high-rise, commercial, warehouse, healthcare, high value projects
  

• Proficient in M&E design tools and construction project software
  

• Familiar with CCC documentation and local compliance standards
  

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
