Man-hours Scanner cum Project Assistance

Job Description

The man-hours scanner is to work as a member of the Record Management Team, assisting the team's objectives in providing an adequate data management service

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To perform daily & hourly man-hours scanning Production activities and update the system.


• To update daily workforce status and attendance to Manager.


• Prepare Overtime Approval Form For Header and Assembly team members.


• Send Schedule report to Planner every Monday.


• Any other jobs assigned from time to time by Project Manager / Project Engineer as when it required.


• To liaise with header bay and assembly bay supervisor on the plan daily task which inline with project schedule.


• To extract weekly Welder/ Project's deposition record from welding consumable system.


• To update the Budget vs Actual man-hours summary report in weekly basis. (Ensure there is proper justification for the man-hour overrun and VO description for each activity


• To raise Project POR structural item including spare as per the spare part list.


• To capture actual spent time for each process for comparison the KPI set by production.


• To communicate and follow up with respective department ie Production, QA/QC and Procurement on the pending assignment


• VO man hours to be captured accurately.


• Man hours scanning to be appropriately placed under respective jobs, Idle hours, rework, repair, training etc as per instruction and direction by Project Manager / Project Engineer.


• Adhere to all Jord company policies and IMS requirements

General:

• To ensure the office and workshop space is kept clean and free from hazards.


• Wear personal protective equipment as required.

Activities are to be undertaken per the Jord ISO system. You are responsible for the technical accuracy of the work you do.

Skills and Experience:

• At least two (2) years of any related working experience


• Must possess minimum SPM or its equivalent.


• If possessing any related technical certificates for any field of studies is an added advantage


• Required to have completed basic computer training and be able to operate the computer for data entry or document checking


• Candidate must be willing to work in Rasa


• Attention to detail, strong team spirit and positive working attitude
