Registration Executive

• To plan and organize daily activities to meet customer due date and time
• To register sample ready for testing by assigning an unique identification number and login all related information into in-house sample and test database in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) within pre-determined lead time
• To maintain in-house test and sample database
• Work and communicate with laboratory team on accurate and on-time reporting of testing results to customers
• Assist in preparing monthly TAT report
• To perform other job related duties as may be assigned by Department Manager

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline  
• Must be able to converse and write in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Self-organized, good sense of urgency and punctuality, target-oriented and minimal careless mistake 
• Candidates must be a Malaysian Citizen
• Fresh graduates are welcome, working experience in Commercial testing laboratory would be added advantage
