Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant with 6+ years of experience and a strong foundation in both functional consulting and technical configuration. This role is ideal for someone who can drive customer engagement strategies, develop personalized marketing journeys, and contribute to both the functional design and development using Ampscript.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering impactful digital marketing solutions and can collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to bring omni-channel campaigns to life.
                                                                                                                                               
Responsibilities:

Functional Consulting & Campaign Execution 
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for omni-channel marketing campaigns 
  • Design scalable customer journeys and marketing use cases using Marketing Cloud tools 
  • Build and optimize journeys using Journey Builder, segmentation logic, and automation 
  • Configure personalized content using Ampscript, data extensions, and audience filters 
  • Support A/B testing, analytics setup, and journey performance tuning 

Technical Development & Configuration 
  • Build supporting components and logic using:  
    • Ampscript for dynamic email content 
    • Nice to have: Apex or LWC for integration with Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) 
    • APIs or Platform Events for campaign triggers or custom actions 
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize for performance 
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery 

Pre-Sales & Enablement 
  • Contribute to solution design, demo preparation, and proposal development for Marketing Cloud opportunities 
  • Assist in effort estimation and scope definition during sales cycles 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce consulting experience, including at least 2 years of experience in Marketing Cloud 
  • Functional knowledge of digital marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and personalization techniques 
  • Development experience in Ampscript is required. Familiarity with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Data Extensions 
  • Experience in at least two additional Salesforce modules, such as:  
    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud 
  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant 
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement uses cases, campaign logic, and marketing automation best practices
