We’re not just hiring a sourcer — we’re looking for someone with a warm smile, and a results-driven spirit to discover and connect with top talent. As our Talent Scout, you’ll be the first friendly voice many candidates hear, and your energy will set the tone for their journey with us.

You’ll proactively search for talent across digital platforms, engage potential candidates with authenticity, and build a pipeline that fuels our growth — all while representing the vibrant spirit of our brand.

This is a perfect role for someone with around 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience who loves people, enjoys hitting targets, and brings positivity to every interaction.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Proactively source high-potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, and creative outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and pre-qualify candidates based on role requirements and company culture fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role specifics and candidate expectations.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., outreach response rates, conversion rates, time-to-fill).
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by crafting engaging outreach messages and promoting our market-driven culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent markets, and sourcing tools to continuously improve effectiveness.

• Have 1+ year of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or a people-facing role.
• Are naturally cheerful, outgoing, and enjoy connecting with others.
• Are driven by results — you like goals, metrics, and the satisfaction of a job well done.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches at once.
• A strong communicator with a friendly tone — both in writing and over the phone.
• Passionate about culture, diversity, and finding people who bring more than just a resume.
