Job Description:
1. Assisting with data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. 2. Preparing financial report such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents. 3. Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity. 4. Verify payments received in our account. 5. Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible. 6. Track payments made for tax invoice preparation. 7. Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in Account admin. 2. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Finance, or related field preferred. 3. Familiar with Autocount. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft office & Microsoft excel.
