2. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

3. Experience in an accounting firm is an added advantage.

4. Knowledge of accounting software such as ABSS is crucial.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently

Job Description:

1. Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulations, including group finance policies and the latest accounting standards for local statutory reporting.

2. Handle full sets of accounts, prepare financial statements, perform month-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, manage the fixed assets register, and oversee intercompany transactions.

3. Prepare and present monthly management accounts.

4. Manage external audits and ensure resolution of any audit issues within the specified timeline.

5. Communicate and cooperate with legal counsel and company secretaries for filing statutory records as necessary.

6. Ensure Service Tax (SST) is recorded, analyzed, and paid according to the timeline.

7. Maintain account receivables and payables to ensure timely payment collections and vendor payments.
