Job Description:

Dsp Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure financial stability and growth
- Assist in financial audits and tax preparation
- Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
