Job Description

Description

We are looking for talents with experience in handling full set account to join our team. Please see below for the details. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.

Job Descriptions

-Assist in the monthly closing of accounts GL, AP, management reporting, financial analysis and etc

-Responsible for the monthly accounts reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding items
Assist in the daily operations, payment processing & data entry into the accounting system.

-Review for accuracy and accurate
-Monitor monthly clearing account and assist in the annual audit and stock count
-Assist in the drafting of monthly financial and management accounts n compliance with statutory requirements and relevant financial reporting standards (FRS)

-Other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

5.5 work days: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:00 pm) & EVERY Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
