Account Payable Executive (RM2800-RM3300)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of all accounts payable transactions, invoicing and admirative duties.
• Ensure that all invoices are accurately posted into the accounting system and are supported by the required documents and approvals.
• Liaise internally and externally with suppliers to resolve AP issues.
• Disburse employee reimbursement and petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation in accordance with the Company Policy.
• Ensure payments are processed and posted into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare monthly AP Reconciliation and resolve long overdue invoices not paid and/or not processed.
• Ensure timely and accurate AP month-end closing
• Ensure compliance, accuracy and consistency of works done
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports & assignments as and when assigned by superior

Required Job Skill:

• Minimum graduate in Diploma Accounting
• Possess a minimum of 2 years’ working experience
• Knowledge in using Autocount accounting software 
• Proficient in MSWord and MS Excel
• Proactive in seeking improvement opportunities & resolving issues
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision 
• Organized, fast learner & able to multitasking
