Account Receivable Management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for account receivable management
2. Responsible for review and issue invoices, and update AR listing
3. Responsible for prepare bank reconcillation of each month
4. Responsible for issue and feedback transaction confirmation letter to internal company
5. Responsible for AR Collection and issuance of reminder Letter to Client
6. Responsible for approval of revenue accrual, follow up issuranse status of accural.
7. Responsible for submission of monthly AR report
8. Responsible for issurance of invoices for the transaction between CDPPM and CMSB
9. Responsible for collection of revenue contract and stamp duty liability.
10. Responsible for filing of AR documents.
10. Other duties as assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A candidate must pass at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• Required language (s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in mandarin is preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field are required for this position.
• Familiar with SAP System is an advantage.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, Independent, problem solver, and passionate to think out of the box to achieve the tasks.
• Able to work under pressure & work well in a team.
