Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and financial tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our company. This is a full-time position with a five-day workweek, based in our office in Puchong, Selangor.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting and finance

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations
