Accounting Executive

You’re a logical, meticulous individual known for spotting microscopic discrepancies and mistakes amidst an overwhelming load of information.  In short, you’re the Accounts Executive we’re looking for.  About the Job: -Prepare full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Book, and Reconciliation. -Assist in processing employee’s monthly expenses claims. -Handle billings and collections, including banking transactions. -Maintain a precise and thorough work style for preparing and monitoring payments for all parties. -Efficiently file accounting-related documents as well as compile data for reporting and analysis. -Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, solicitors, and bankers for accounting-related matters. [Apply now at ; JOB REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in this role, you will need to have the below: -Possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent. -Candidates with Full Set Accounts hands-on experience are preferred. -Well-versed in consolidation and finance experience is a plus. -Experience handling property/real estate-related accounts is an added advantage. -Required skills: Computerised Accounting System, AutoCount and MS Office -Proactive and possess a positive working attitude. -Candidates with own transport is preferred.
