ACCOUNT CLERK
(BASED IN PUCHONG)
Job Description:
- Experience in JMB/MC Billing & Account.
- Property Management Account.
- Bookkeeping and general accounting.
- Assist in the daily operation of the accounts department.
- Maintain and handle accounts receivable & payable.
- Prepare invoices and payment voucher.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Responsible for month end closing for accounts and submission of management reports.
- Maintain filing and record keeping system for all financial and company documents.
- To perform any other ad-hoc related jobs from time to time as assigned by superior.
