ACCOUNT CLERK

(BASED IN PUCHONG)

Job Description:

1. Experience in JMB/MC Billing & Account.
2. Property Management Account.
3. Bookkeeping and general accounting.
4. Assist in the daily operation of the accounts department.
5. Maintain and handle accounts receivable & payable.
6. Prepare invoices and payment voucher.
7. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
8. Responsible for month end closing for accounts and submission of management reports.
9. Maintain filing and record keeping system for all financial and company documents.
10. To perform any other ad-hoc related jobs from time to time as assigned by superior.
