Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• Handle full set of accounts including preparation of monthly management accounts and accompanying information schedules.
• Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions with focus on accuracy of transactions and internal controls.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports, monthly bank, inter-company and accounts payables reconciliation.
• Check, review, monitor and reconcile all collections and related treasury functions.
• Prepare invoices, billing, expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting and cashflow preparation when required.
• Financial audit preparations.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries and other regulatory authorities, etc.
• Performing other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superiors.

• Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• At least minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial.
• Candidate with prior external audit knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, meticulous and good team player.
• Multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
