Admin Cum Brainwave Consultant / Up to k / Johor Bahru

Job Description :

- Attain new customer queries – walk in or from social media.

- Guiding clients to complete brain assessment (EEG).

- Guiding clients to complete Neuro-feedback Training.

- Correspondence and follow-up on new brain training customers on scheduling their training time and payment collection.

- Issue receipt for the payment received using the software system and follow-up on outstanding payment and report to Centre Manager.

- Scheduling and arrangement of existing clients’ brain training timetable.

- Prepare documentation or coordinating and correspondence for brain test report, training account creation with HQ.

- Communicate or attain with parents’ queries about their child's brain training condition and progress.

- Ad-Hoc task or project given by Centre Manager.
