Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Accountant at Effort Management Services in Johor Baharu. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping, data entry, and financial record management. They will also assist in preparing financial reports, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software
• Experience in bookkeeping and financial record management
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
