Job Title: Catalogue and sales Support Manager Job Description Catalog and Sales Support Manager (CSSM) will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information in the eCommerce platform and smooth communication between various teams and customers. Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1-Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent and timely updates across eCommerce platforms for enterprise customers. 2-Collaborate with the Sales and Account Operations to gather product information and updates. 3-Address any issues related to the product catalogue, ensuring a seamless customer experience. 4-Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues. 5-Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding product offerings, e-catalogue access, and capabilities. 6-Work closely with Sales, and various other teams including IT, to ensure smooth integration of product information across systems and platforms. 7-Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity in the product catalogue. 8-Continuously evaluate catalogue management processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize efficiency. 9-Identify and resolve any inconsistencies or errors in product information. 10-Maintain the product catalogue, ensuring accurate and comprehensive details.
