Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

Description
-Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or other professional qualification from Chartered Accounting Bodies (ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent).
-Familiar with the requirements of public-listed companies.
-Familiar with MFRS.
-Perform monthly group consolidation & reporting.
-Preparation and review of group financial reporting, including management accounts and reports, annual statutory, financial statements, budget, income tax/deferred tax computation.
-Prepare consolidation of monthly reporting, quarterly reporting, annual budget and etc.
-In charge of annual audit exercise of the Group and the preparation of audited financial statement.
-Ability to interpret and interrelate data as well as develop good and integrated business analysis and projections to support decision making.
-Provide suggestion to improve the accounting and finance processes. Company
