- At least 3–4 years of related experience leading the Finance/Accounting functions in the hotel industry
- Good command of Chinese language as incumbent needs to deal with Chinese clientele & business associates
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Manage the administration function, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
- Lead and develop the finance and administration team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement to drive business growth.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory reporting.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and manage financial risks.
