Finance Business Partner - Financial Accounting

Performs financial functions related to financial planning and analysis, financial accounting and reporting, finance compliance activities (local statutory audit, tax), fixed asset management, and projects.

 

What will you be doing?

• Is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring detailed analysis and review.

• Handles month-end closing activities, conducts monthly financial result reviews, and prepares corporate reporting requirements, including CapEx and headcount analysis.

• Ensures compliance with internal controls, leads all aspects of audits, manages fixed asset activities, and supports project initiatives and ad hoc reporting tasks.
  
   

What will you need to be successful?

• Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a field, with a CPA certification being effective. With a minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, including exposure to a manufacturing environment, applicants should demonstrate proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint skills. The candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, motivated, and adaptable, to leading priorities in an environment.
  
   

• The role requires a strong informative background, relevant certifications, and extensive experience in financial accounting, particularly in manufacturing. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is critical. Additionally, candidates must exhibit key proficiencies such as self-drive, attention to detail, motivation, and adaptability to efficiently handle tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
