We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented individual to join our fintech company as a finance operations associate. This role encompasses managing customer interactions, optimizing collections, and overseeing payment operations to ensure a seamless lending experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payment operations, including loan disbursements, accurate recording of payments, reconciliation of accounts, and coordination with finance teams for fund allocation.
- Ensure compliance with payment processing regulations, streamline payment workflows, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Generate comprehensive reports on collections performance, payment trends, customer interactions, and operational efficiency, providing actionable insights to improve processes.
- Utilize data analysis to identify areas for process enhancement, risk assessment, and implementation of strategies to optimize collections and payment workflows.
- Communicate with customers to address issues regarding payment reconciliations and invoices.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, familiarity with CRM or loan management software, and a strong aptitude for data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in finance operations and customer service within fintech, preferably in SME lending or a related financial sector is a plus.
