IT Executive

Hardware Management:

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and other hardware devices used by staff members.
• Coordinate with external vendors for the maintenance and repair of rented printers, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct hardware inventory management, co-operate with Admin and Finance department for procurement and disposal processes.

• Act as the point of contact (PIC) for the company's payroll and accounting software systems, overseeing their functionality and addressing any maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with software vendors to ensure timely updates and resolve any software-related issues that may arise.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to software systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage and maintain company security systems to ensure the safety and integrity of data and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance data security measures, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring systems.
• Implement and maintain data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information, including email communications and customer data.
• Work to improve data storage systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and accessibility.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement in data security practices.

• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of network servers, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and optimizing performance.
• Monitor network infrastructure for potential security threats and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and backup procedures.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in hardware and software management, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and data management best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Certification in relevant IT systems or technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, CompTIA Network+) is a plus.
