Junior Accounts Executive

Job Description

• Assist in preparing quotations based on requirements
• Generate purchase orders to suppliers for the procurement 
• Create and issue sales invoices to clients accurately and promptly
• Assist with day-to-day full-set accounting tasks
• Prepare and maintain financial records, documents, and reports
• Check and reconcile daily transaction statements, bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Support the department and assist in administration tasks as and when required

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
