Penerangan Pekerjaan - MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Description Planning & Budgeting 1.Take part in tender preparation in reviewing project budgets, staffing and work plans to guarantee appropriate fees.
2.Review the budget of projects, plan costs and project cash flows, and communicate with stakeholders for monitoring and controlling.
3.Prepare annual budgets (plan) and quarterly forecasts (outlook)
4.Translate project working capital financial information and support the project team. Cost Accounting & Controlling 1.Work with available tools to track actual costs, including manpower effort, equipment usage, procured resources, etc.
2.Identify,analyse and assess the commercial risks of projects with regard to the execution.
3.Prepare balance sheet account reconcilements.
4.Review certain 3rd party project costs such as a subcontractor, transportation and logistics. Analysis & Collection 1.Analyse cost run rates and variations to extrapolate/forecast total costs, as well as report findings to the program manager, project office, and any financial oversight governance.
2.Support projects' monthly/quarterly forecast for revenue, COGS, margin, asset management and reporting by the customer as well as perform inventory, costing maintenance/stimulation and variance analysis where needed.
3.Review account totals related to project assets and expenses. Biling & Collection 1.Monitor billing status for all projects, and be responsible for monthly closing of WIP reporting in preparing accruals completed jobs but are not billed yet.
2.Ensure complete, timely and accurate billings of projects as well as management of cash flow.
3.Monitor accounts receivable, and support project managers with collection efforts.
4.Assess and pursue opportunities for optimisation of billing. Closure 1.Review and identify projects that require closure. Work with the project management team to ensure costs have been captured properly before closing out key projects.
2.Consolidate the financial or commercial overview and contribute to lessons learnt at the closure review meeting. Business Partner 1.Act as a strategic business partner, in facilitating project management team and business line managers for key commercial and financial matters. Contract Management 1.Ensure up-to-date maintenance of client contracts that reflect project needs. Administration 1.Administration of the project accounting system, including the creation and maintenance of project accounts, giving authorising access to the project accounts, and opening and closing time classes in the company system. Other Ad-hoc Duties 1.Support internal and external audits where relevant.
2.Provide year-end support of auditor requirements, which may include investigation and reconcilement.
3.Support ad-hoc assignments related to all areas of accounting and finance.
