Operations Executive

• Collaborate with sales, project management, and finance teams on various strategic planning initiatives and departmental projects.
• Work with other back-office team members to ensure efficient business operations, promote positive team morale, and uphold company values.
• Solicit and address feedback while securing commitment and backing from stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing back-office and organization-wide training programs to strengthen technology and operational frameworks across departments to maintain consistency and quality standards.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, trends, and technological advancements.
• Partner closely with the management team to guarantee that all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the organization adhere to regulatory best practices.

• Conduct fieldwork when needed.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferrably two (2) years of recent overall project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in program management, business or public administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related fields.
• Experience may be considered equivalent if experience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility.
