Partner Account Manager

1Fit is an International startup, dedicated to empowering individuals to explore diverse sports activities through a single subscription. Since our inception in April 2018, we've evolved into the leading fitness enterprise in several markets, with aspirations to make a global impact.

As part of our expansion into the SEA region, we're seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities:

— Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners

— Negotiating additional agreements with partners

— Preparing reports on partner interactions

— Collaborating with the sales department to assist in resolving user issues related to partners as needed

— Monitoring schedules and document flow between the company and partners

— Communicating partner feedback and needs to marketing, sales, and product development teams

Key qualifications:

— Ability to clearly and concisely articulate thoughts

— Proactivity and strong communication skills

— Multitasking and ability to quickly grasp large volumes of information

— Identifying and analyzing the root causes of disputes

— Result-oriented mindset

— Identifying bottlenecks in processes and products and suggesting solutions for their improvement
