Remote Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Remote Account Executive to support a Singapore-based law firm with bookkeeping, accounting, tax filing, payroll, and financial reporting matters.

This is an urgent replacement role, so the ideal candidate should be able to start as soon as possible and have prior experience handling accounting work in a Singapore business context.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting matters.
2. Prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore requirements.
3. Prepare XBRL reports and related financial reporting documents.
4. Handle Singapore corporate tax matters, including IRAS filing.
5. Support annual return filing and related compliance matters.
6. Prepare payroll, payslips, and monthly CPF submissions.
7. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely submission of required documents.
8. Support other accounting-related tasks when required.

Requirements

1. 6–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, audit, or a related field.
2. Must have experience handling accounting work for Singapore companies.
3. Able to handle Singapore corporate tax, IRAS filing, annual return, XBRL, and financial statements.
4. Familiar with Singapore payroll, payslip preparation, and CPF submission.
5. Audit experience will be an advantage.
6. Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent professional qualification.
7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
8. Good communication skills and able to work with a Singapore-based team.
