Accountant

Job Description:

Gamuda Berhad is seeking an entry-level Accountant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the financial operations of the company, including preparing financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records and reports - Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting - Monitor accounts payable and receivable - Assist with tax preparation and audits - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies - Analyze financial data and identify trends - Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals - Provide strategic financial advice to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1 year of experience in accounting or finance - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Adaptable and energetic personality - Strong communication and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
