Remote Accountant

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Remote Accountant to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad. As a Remote Accountant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks remotely, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, tax calculation, and expense tracking.

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports for management - Manage accounts payable and receivable - Assist in budget planning and forecasting - Calculate and file taxes accurately and timely - Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards - Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making - Provide financial analysis and recommendations for improvement - Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting - Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus - Proven experience with accounting software and MS Excel - Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and hardworking personality - Emotional intelligence and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
